The Hunt Isn't Over as A Shop for Killers Season 2 Sets July Return


After a dramatic ending to an adrenaline-fueled first season that left audiences shocked and excited for more, the eagerly anticipated second season of A Shop for Killers returns July 22 exclusively on Disney+.


Following an award-winning first season that was named one of The New York Times’ Best International TV shows of 2024, A Shop for Killers Season 2 returns with Jian in control of the weapons shop, Jinman returned from the dead, and BABYLON well and truly on the backfoot. Working to keep Jian safe, Jinman will take the fight to BABYLON’s door, but the mercenary organization won’t go down easily. Humiliated, BABYLON will bring in help from overseas and unleash a new wave of deadly assassins to rebuild their ranks and exact their revenge.


A Shop for Killers Season 2 features returning Season 1 stars Lee Dongwook (Harbin, The Nice Guy) as Jeong Jinman, and Kim Hyejun (Connect, Cashero) as Jeong Jian, as well as the arrival of new Japanese stars Hyunri (Missing, Pachinko) as team leader Q, and Masaki Okada (Drive My Car, Last Mile) as the charismatic mercenary J. The series is written by Season 1 writers Jee Hojin (Newtopia) and Lee Kwon (Door Lock) and is Directed by Season 1 director Lee Kwon.


Premiering with two episodes on July 22, this eight-part sequel will release two new episodes every Wednesday, through the season finale on August 12.

A Shop for Killers Season 2 is the latest in a series of unmissable Korean sequels slated to return exclusively to Disney+. Fans of Made In Korea can look forward to the return of Hyun Bin as a corrupt special agent and Jung Woosung as a scorned prosecutor when Season 2 debuts later this year; and Moving fans can look forward to the return of the superpowered drama soon following the recent announcement that production has now begun on Moving Season 2.
