The highly anticipated entertainment event of the year StarHub Night of Stars is returning for its second edition on Sunday, 24 November 2019 at Sands Theatre, Marina Bay Sands. StarHub Night of Stars will see 'Her Private Life' main lead, Park Min Young and Kim Jae Uck, Korean actor Sung Hoon, Hong Kong actor Kenneth Ma, Taiwanese singer, Yoga Lin and many more, come together to celebrate the best of Asian entertainment on StarHub TV.

A total number of 19 awards will be presented at StarHub Night of Stars 2019 to honour the outstanding performance of these artistes throughout the year. The awards will recognise the excellent work of individuals and teams across a variety of categories from acting, singing to production.

In the lead-up to the awards show, Moses Chan, Ali Lee and Derek Chang will be greeting fans on 3 November 2019 at Causeway Point. If you are a StarHub Asian Entertainment Pass or Qiang Dang Yu Le Pack subscriber, simply be the first twenty subscribers to present your StarHub Entertainment bill at the StarHub booth, Causeway Point Level 1 Atrium, at 330pm to score an exclusive photo opportunity with the stars. Interested parties can also win tickets to the awards show by taking part in various contests on the StarHub Facebook page.

StarHub customers can catch the premiere of StarHub Night of Stars on Hub E City (StarHub Channel 111/825) on 8 December 2019, 7pm. Sung Hoon is Coming to Singapore on 27 Sep for StarHub Night of Stars 1st Meet & Greet Session

StarHub Night of Stars is set to make its return on Sunday, 24 November. Held for the first time in 2018, the second edition aims to be the biggest entertainment event in Singapore of 2019, featuring a star-studded line-up of top celebrities from China, Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

In the lead-up to the main event, a series of meet and greet sessions have been scheduled to bring fans closer to their favourite celebrities. We are excited to announce that Korean heartthrob Sung Hoon – star of Oh!K’s hit variety show I Live Alone will be the first talent to head down to sunny Singapore.

Viu’s reality travelogue No Sleep No FOMO will be launched on Discovery Channel and Discovery Asia

Viu, a leading pan-regional OTT video service from PCCW Media Group, and Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific today announced their first content collaboration to bring No Sleep No FOMO, a highly social media engaged reality travelogue produced by Viu, to Discovery Channel and Discovery Asia in 14 Asian markets.

Starting from today, subscribers of Discovery Channel and Discovery Asia in Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, will be able to enjoy the program.

The eight-episode reality travelogue features the hottest Asian celebrities and social media influencers conquering popular destinations. They have to complete 60 missions within 60 hours without sleep in different cities. The host, Singapore’s entertainment veteran Paul Foster, is joined by celebrity co-hosts Kim Jong Kook from the hit-show Running Man (South Korea), singer/songwriter Eric Nam (South Korea), and social media stars Hana Tam (Hong Kong), Kevin Woo (South Korea), Alexander Lee Eusebio (South Korea), Benjamin Kheng (Singapore), Nat Ho (Singapore), Laureen Uy (the Philippines) and Taya Rogers (Thailand). Together they reach a remarkable fan base of more than 12 million social media followers.

Fans were able to follow and watch No Sleep No FOMO come to life through dedicated hashtags #ViuNoSleepNoFomo and #ViuEngage, as well as to influence the course of the celebrities’ adventures by interacting on their social media channels in real-time. Take one of the plots in the series as an example, the celebrities were required to become wedding crashers. They followed tips provided by fans on social media and got an invitation to a Malay wedding finally.
