PLAVE Pumped Up The Manic with PLLIs in Singapore

After their successful tours with sold-out concerts at KSPO Dome and Gocheok Sky Dome, PLAVE finally meets their fans, PLLIs in Singapore for the first time ever through their KEEP IT MANIC Tour on October 17, 2026 at Apex@EXPO.

Since their debut in 2023, PLAVE has become the biggest virtual idol in the K-pop scene, breaking chart records with every new comeback. And for those who are still unfamiliar, PLAVE is actually brought to life through motion capture technology. Behind the avatars are real performers wearing specialised suits equipped with sensors and facial tracking devices to capture and project their movements and expressions in real time.
The concert began with Noah igniting the hall with a ray of starlight, piercing through the hearts of PLLIs with his striking vocals. And he is soon joined on stage by Yejun, Bamby, Eunho and Hamin as the quintet opens the show with their beloved The 6th Summer, followed by Hide & Seek and WAY 4 LUV.

The members then introduced themselves and harmonised with ‘Singapore’ to lead into the acapella opener from their previous mini album, Blossom Parade flawlessly, before transitioning into another fan favourite, HMPH!, in which they did a live duet sing along with all the PLLIs present.

After charming the crowd with a soulful, jazzy rendition of Chroma Drift, the members began their solo cover stages that brought out their unique flair with a new hairstyle debut for each stage. As the leader of the group, Yejun started off strong with a captivating performance of Close To You (By Carpenters), before Eunho took the stage and seduced us with a sexy performance of Taste (By JUNNY).
Hamin also put his well-trained physique to good use with Spider (by Hoshi of SEVENTEEN), while Noah brought on his vampiric charm with Good Boy Gone Bad (by TOMORROW X TOGETHER). The night then erupted in cheers of “Bamby’s back!” as he completes the impressive feat of performing Sherlock (by SHINee) all on his own!

While they all excel individually and have no trouble taking turns commanding the stage, PLAVE still shines the brightest as a group. This was especially evident with their immediate jump into the rock remix of But Your Idol x Virtual Idol, Dash, and Born Savage, showing off what they do best in terms of musicality and vocal capabilities.
The concert was not only a visual treat, but an absolute feast for the ears too with many new musical arrangements for their most popular title tracks, offering an exciting surprise for the highly anticipated stages such as the special remix of Watch Me Woo! and RIZZ with traditional Korean music, which became the highlight of the night. Having a live band present also added to the immaculate vibes of each stage.

We even got a glimpse of a backstage set up in Asterum (the virtual world where PLAVE resides) through Pump Up The Volume!, and extremely fun, vibrant stages of Think I Am, Pixel World and Our Movie. Everyone in attendance could tell how much heart and soul was poured into the production by the team behind the scenes as well as the members themselves with their influences in the artistic direction of the show.
Eunho, the English representative of the group, also tried his best throughout the show despite telling us that “freestyle is hard”. It was fortunate they had an experienced translator to help out on the spot, who also earned praises from PLAVE themselves for doing such a good job at keeping up with their chaotic conversations (iykyk PLAVE members are all yappers!). But Eunho definitely was the star of the show.

Speaking of stars, PLAVE also performed their latest title track, Star Trace in full for the very first time on this tour, thanks to the comeback that just dropped earlier in the week, making Singapore concert attendees the first ones to have the pleasure to hear Sweet Rain live as well.
Despite Star Trace being a new song, the fan chants went hard. The fan project singalong of Why? was also a huge success! Of course, PLAVE showed their appreciation and adoration for PLLIs, thanking them for their loud cheers, and even spotting cosplayers seated in one of the front rows as well as shouting out to PLLIs from Malaysia and other neighbouring countries for their attendance (PLAVE truly knows us SEA-blings well).
Now only that, PLAVE members also went out of their way to show their love to Singaporean PLLIs with quirky, pick-up lines in the final goodbye talk.
Bamby: “Want to BTO together?” (Want to start a family with me?)
Eunho: “Let me treat you to a cup of kopi, because you’re my cup of tea.”
Yejun : “Sayang, ai stead mai?” (Dear, do you want to be in a relationship with me?)
Hamin: “Do you stay in the East? When I see you, my heart goes Bedok-Bedok.”
Noah: “You are the egg to my prata, because without you, I’m kosong.”
Overall, the concert was an innovative, genre-bending act that could only be achieved by a self-made group with curated remixes from producer-line, Yejun, Noah, Eunho and choreography made by dance-line Bamby and Hamin. From awe-inspiring, cinematic performances of remarkable artistry to genuine, heartfelt interactions with PLLIs, the show felt like a 3-hour long video of reasons to fall in love with PLAVE.

KEEP IT MANIC’s more mature concept and daring exploration into a new narrative is also without a doubt a stark remark on how the boys have grown over the years and become more seasoned even if their avatars do not age.

The night crescendos at the second encore with closing songs Lunar Hearts and Wait For You, their titular debut song, making it a heartwarming yet bittersweet farewell to an unforgettable evening. But PLAVE promises to return and when asked if PLLIs will still be here to cheer for them, it’s obvious, The Answer Is YES!
