Waterbomb Singapore 2025 Brings Two Days of Music, Water and Pure Fun

Saturday, September 06, 2025

Waterbomb Singapore was back on August 30–31 at Siloso Beach, Sentosa, and the festival was bigger than ever. The two-day party pulled in tens of thousands of fans ready to get soaked and dance to some of the hottest acts.

On first day, Sorn and Seungyeon from CLC showed up in custom Nike outfits, perfectly dressed for the occasion. Seungyeon kicked things off with a short DJ set while Sorn performed her solo hits like “Rowdy” and “Cold Waters.” Dance crews Team Bebe and Jam Republic, known from Street Woman Fighter, wowed the crowd with sharp moves to songs like Katseye’s “Gnarly.”

HUTA (Lee Min-hyuk from BTOB) lived up to his “Water Bomb God” name with an explosive set that included “Bora,” “V,” “Wet,” “BOOM” and even BTOB’s “Higher.” He ended shirtless, showing off his abs to the screaming crowd. EXID returned to Singapore for the first time in seven years and lit up the stage with “Fire,” “DDD” and “L.I.E,” calling it their “hottest” show ever.

SHINee’s Minho started in a white singlet and denim jacket but had shed both by the time he performed “Something About U.” He brought back his jacket at the end, joking that he felt “a little shy,” before promising to return with more SHINee members.

Taemin matched the energy with “MOVE,” “WANT,” “Guilty” and “Advice,” showing off his signature style and choreography. Together, Minho and Taemin performed “View,” closing out the night with a rare and special SHINee moment.

On the second day, JUNNY delivered smooth vocals with songs from his new album Null, including “Energy” and “SOUR,” while also singing fan favorites like “Invitation.” Ash Island performed in Singapore for the first time in an all-black outfit, later peeling off layers as he rapped hard tracks like “Band” and emotional ones like “OST.”

Lee Young-ji was all energy from start to finish. Fans chanted her name, and she even taught the crowd how to cheer for her songs, saying, “I don’t care if the lyrics are wrong, just be loud.” She performed hits like “Witch,” “Not Sorry,” and “Small Girl.”  When her set seemed to end, she shocked fans with two more songs which is “Fighting” and “Smoke.”, leaving everyone wanting more. JAY B of GOT7 kept it cool with “Cloud Nine,” “Switch It Up” and “Count on Me,” then surprised everyone by ending with GOT7’s “Page.”

The festival closed with 2NE1, who turned the beach into a throwback party with “I Am The Best,” “I Don’t Care” and “Ugly.” Bom couldn’t be there, but her voice still played during her parts, and fans loved it. Dara teased the idea of coming back to Singapore every August, and the crowd shouted back their approval.

By the end of the weekend, Waterbomb Singapore 2025 had proven itself as more than just a music festival. It was a wild summer celebration full of water, music and moments fans will never forget.

Thank you WATERBOMB SINGAPORE for the invitation.
