YESUNG Marks 10 Years of Solo Music With a Night in Kuala Lumpur
Since making his debut as a member and main vocalist of Super Junior in 2005, YESUNG has established himself as one of the most distinctive voices of the golden era of second-generation K-pop. Renowned for his emotional delivery and signature husky, textured vocals, he has also captivated audiences through numerous acclaimed Korean drama OSTs. Before embarking on his solo career, YESUNG won over countless drama fans with his powerful OST performances, including the hit theme song ‘It Has to Be You’ from ‘Cinderella’s Sister’ and ‘Gray Paper’ from ‘That Winter, the Wind Blows’, showcasing his ability to blend dramatic intensity with heartfelt emotion and cementing his reputation as one of Korea’s leading vocalists.
YESUNG officially embarked on his journey as a solo artist with the release of his first mini album, ‘Here I Am’. Over the past decade, he has continuously expanded his musical horizons, exploring genres ranging from emotional ballads to retro City Pop and Indie Rock.
