Do You Remember the last time Kyung Soo was here in Singapore?

Back after a year-long wait, Doh Kyung Soo returned to our sunny island for his highly anticipated 2025 DOH KYUNGSOO ASIA CONCERT TOUR <DO it!> in Singapore and fans showed up in style, all dressed in white to match the official dress code.

This time, Kyung Soo was not alone. The 32-year old artiste was accompanied by his live band, cleverly named Dohper Band (Doh from Doh Kyung Soo, Per from perfect). 

Fueled by pure dopamine and devotion, fans erupted in cheers as the EXO main vocalist opened the night with a band introduction that flowed seamlessly into ‘Do You Remember’, a track from his latest album 'BLISS'.

The idol-actor continued the set with ‘Nobody Knows It’ followed by a bright and bubbly ‘Wonder’, as he took a step closer to greet fans at the extended stage.

Of course, Kyung Soo didn’t forget his fan-favorite songs! ‘Mars’, ‘Simple Joys’, ‘Popcorn’ and ‘Somebody’, sparked waves of excitement, igniting loud sing-alongs from the crowd, as fans recalled the memories from the previous concert in 2024.

A standout of the night was the breathtaking stage directing. It was cinematic when Kyung Soo was lifted into the air with a moonlit backdrop, as though seated on the moon during a soothing performance of ‘My Dear’.

I couldn’t help but be reminded of Hwang Sun-woo, Kyung Soo’s character in movie, The Moon. That brief moment made me realise just how far Kyung Soo has come and grown over the years, and it truly touched the 12-year old EXO-L in me.

“There’s something I want to tell everyone here”, Kyung Soo chimed as he proceeded to the next heartfelt segment, chorusing to ‘That’s Okay’, ‘I’ll Be There’, and ‘Draw My Path’— the trio we like to think of as the holy-trinity of Kyung Soo’s healing tracks.

“Aren’t these beautiful phrases?” he asked with wide hopeful eyes, seeking acknowledgment from the crowd. Nobody Knows It but it was safe to assume that the songs wrapped the audience in a gentle embrace of comfort and motivation as everyone swayed their lightsticks rhythmically.

The concert was a powerful reminder of Kyung Soo’s artistry and depth, not only through his majestic vocal performances, but also through his intimate connection with the audience. 

Let’s go back in, back in 그리운 My Youth~ Longtime EXO fans were treated with an EXO Medley, performed by Dohper Band while Kyung Soo took a prompt outfit change. 

Waves of exhilaration hit the audience as Kyung Soo reemerged on stage as he flawlessly executed the high note in ‘Love Me Right’. 

Besides flexing his musical talents, Kyung Soo also showed us the 'effortlessly-funny variety king' he is as his humor and charm were on full display throughout the show. At one point, he mimicked a fan’s bird-like scream, sending laughter through the crowd.

The concert truly was one of the ‘simple joys’ we all needed—one that brought us comfort, laughter and nostalgia.
