After 1.5 years, EXO returns to Singapore for their 5th concert tour ‘EXO PLANET #5 – EXplOration’. Filling up Singapore Indoor Stadium to the brim on 15 September 2019, EXO proves their standing as one of K-pop’s top-tier boy groups. This tour also marks the group’s fourth consecutive year on our sunny shores after their last world tour – EXO PLANET #4 – EℓyXiOn, held in March 2018.

The boys kick off with upbeat tracks like “Tempo”, “Transformer” and “Gravity”. Of course, no concert is complete without solo member performances! Baekhyun is the first one to dish out his sensual solo of “UN Village”. The six members then return to the stage as a group to perform the highly-anticipated “Love Shot”. Much to EXO-L’s excitement, EXO began their first ment. Chanyeol expressed his awe at everyone’s passionate chants during Baekhyun’s solo; while Suho added “Last night I visited the Merlion Park, it was so beautiful…” and ending off with an unexpected cheeky “…like you”!

Next up on the setlist was “Monster” and “Oasis”, followed by a chain of solo performances. Suho was the second solo member to dominate the stage with “Been Through”. The leader’s performance was met with overwhelming screams from fans as he removed his shirt, showing his impressive well-built figure!

Things went a little slower when Chen churned out a soulful “Lights Out”, tugging at fans’ heartstrings as one of the main vocalists of the group. The hip-hop duo Sehun and Chanyeol then hyped up the stage with their rap performances – “What A Life” and “Closer To You”.

EXO unites again with “Falling For You”, “Wait” and “Power”, not forgetting fanservice like throwing signed balls to the crowd! Kai also commanded everyone’s attention during his solo “Confession”, serving his powerful stage presence as the main dancer.

Moving on, the group brought the atmosphere to its peak with a medley of their top hits – “Growl”, “Overdose” and “Call Me Baby”. Despite being the second half of the show, the fan chants never quietened even for a moment. After a sweet VCR, the boys concluded the concert with an encore of “Unfair” and “On The Snow”. Each member took turns to express their gratitude towards Singapore EXO-Ls, who have been awaiting eagerly for the past 1.5 years.

While Sehun admitted his body was not in the best condition; he received encouragement from the fans. He also added they really love chilli crab, and couldn’t wait to have more! Chen joked that he will consider showing his thighs next time; and Kai was excited to return and perform more days. Attentive Suho noticed some fans were crying; and gently said “Don’t cry, baby”. The night came to a close with an emotional “Smile On My Face”. 

With an impressive 25-song setlist, EXO ended fans’ weekend on a high note. The stage lighting & effects was undeniably one of the main highlights; making the whole watching experience even more remarkable. Even with only six members this time, the group still delivered a power-packed show for EXO-Ls, without missing an inch of effort.

It has been 7 years since the complete group of NU'EST performed in Malaysia but the long-awaited return increased our hype even more as the boys back together as a group of 5 for their first full fledged concert in Malaysia - "2019 NU'EST Concert 'Segno' in Kuala Lumpur". 

NU'EST started off with fans' favourite 'Hello', followed by 'Love Paint' and 'Overcome'. Riding on the old days tracks, NU'EST performed the energetic title song 'Bet Bet'. Afterwards, the members took a break to introduce themselves in Malay and Aron commented "It's been a long time since we come to Malaysia and we have lots of messages to tell you." Minhyun said "Aku Cinta Pada Mu" (I love you) to express his love to the fans and Ren added " Aku favourite OPPA kamu" (I'm your favourite OPPA), the tremendous scream during the opening speech had leader JR commented "L.O.Λ.E, hebat!" (L.O.Λ.E, you're great) . 

The members then continued their 5th mini album set list  'Look', 'R.L.T.L' and a sweet duet of 'Daybreak' by JR and Minhyun. In response to the love received from the fans, Aron and Baekho did their own version of Real Love True Love on stage and melted the hearts of many. 

To top up the group songs, each member showed off their individual talents through a sequence of solo stages. Baekho was first up, serenaded the crowd with his tender side of 'Thankful For You'.
Dressed in blue silk blouse, Minhyun then performed his latest R&B solo track 'Universe'. Minhyun commented "the lyrics conveys messages to hope for L.O.Λ.E happiness and I hope you'll feel happy when watching the performance too." The slow tempo to a more upbeat pop really had us chanting from the beginning til the end.
Ren was up next, surprising us with his sexy dance moves of 'Paradise', while Aron moved to the extended stage and delivered the jazz version of 'Good Love'. The stadium turned into a strong and upbeat atmosphere when JR dressed in all black outfit and performed the last solo stage 'I Hate You'. 

Not only their solo stages were one of the highlights for the night, but same goes to the sub-units stages as well. Aron, Baekho and Ren teamed up and brought an emotional touch for the night as they performed 'A Little Bit More'. 

NU'EST took us to a trip down memory lane, wearing the same outfits when they first debuted in the industry and performed 'Face', 'Action' and 'Beautiful Ghost'. The crowd immediately jumped to their feet - singing along with the boys, at the same time rewinding their debut days moments. NU'EST then continued to perform the soothing track 'Segno' which means to have a new beginning for the group. 

After several minutes of fans screaming "encore", the members reappeared the stage and presented 'A Song For You'. Right after the song, L.O.Λ.E  delivered a special gift for the boys by singing the chorus of 'Blessing' and held the hand banner "완벽한 건 없어, 뉴이스트 말고" (Nothing is perfect if it's not NU'EST). Baekho commented "I heard your 'Blessing' just now and I feel like we're back to our debut days. Thank you so much. Terima Kasih." According to the boys, the song was almost became their debut song and this audio is especially recorded to thank fans for their love. 

Aron concluded with heartfelt messages "Thank you for showing so much love throughout the concert. Thank you for coming. Without you guys we couldn't perform here and we hope to come back soon." NU'EST then ended the night with encore stage "Not Over You" and "Hey Love", leaving the crowd all excited and satisfied. 

Kang Daniel is currently on his 'Color On Me' Fan Meeting tour and after Singapore, Bangkok and Taipei stop, he'll then head to Kuala Lumpur on 21 September to meet Danity up close. Taking place at Axiata Arena, Kang Daniel is set to bring a dynamic stage for his first solo fan meeting in Malaysia. Currently, VIP zone has sold out but fret not as remaining seats are still on sales on TicketCharge and AirAsiaRedTix.
