Jay Park is ‘SEXY 4EVA’, kicking off first world tour in Singapore

The hottest South Korean rapper, Jay Park, was in town for his inaugural concert for his ‘SEXY4EVA’ World Tour at Shine Auditorium on 6 September 2019, Friday.
The breath-taking show started off with a bang as Woo Won Jae kicked off the show with "119 REMIX". The 23-year old rapper, who was recruited into AOMG back in 2017, spat fire with his verses of "GOTT", "TASTE" and "HATE YOU", giving fans an adrenaline rush before ending off his stage with his hit track, "We Are".
The main star of the night made his grand entrance. Jay Park, founder, and CEO of Korean hip-hop label, AOMG, took the stage with "Forget About Tomorrow", "Me Like Yuh", "SOLO", "Yacht" and "Iffy". “It’s like my second home here (in Singapore) you know, it’s my sixteenth time here,”, shared the rapper as he went on to show his love for his fans by performing his classics — "My Last", "Drive" and "All I Wanna Do".
It was throwback time when Jay Park performed tracks "Abandoned", "Know Your Name" and "JOAH", leaving fans reminiscing the early days of the talented artiste.
“Let’s calm down with some ballad,” quipped the superstar before serenading the fans with his soothing tracks "The Truth Is" and "Dank", tugging onto fans’ heartstrings. Jay Park also took this chance to get the fans to turn on the flashlights of their mobile phone, turning the packed auditorium into a sea of lights.
“I’ve also prepared another special appearance with a local artiste here,” Jay revealed before inviting our very own home-grown artiste, ShiGGa Shay, onto the stage for a powerful performance by both rappers.
I chirp, chirp, chirp like what chirp. Kim Haon, the winner of High-School Rapper 2, brought the fans to an all-time high as he entered the stage with his debut EP, ‘Noah’. The H1GHR Music rapper, Kim Haon, who is relatively new to the Korean hip-hop scene made fans go wild as he professionally hyped the roaring crowd with "Barcode" and "The Little Prince". Undeniably, the moment everyone had waited for was his performance of the 'all-kill’ charted track, "Boong Boong". By the time, Haon ended his song, the fans were slayed.
“Jay Park is my boss. I’m so proud of him, I love you (Jay Park)”, declared the 19-year old rapper as he performed "Water" alongside Jay Park.
Ain’t No Party Like an AOMG Party! The highlight of the night was definitely "MOMMAE", where dancers Honey J and BABE left fans audibly and visibly shook with their sick moves. Lucky fans were even treated to up-close and personal interactions with Jay Park when he closed the distance between them by sitting at the edge of the stage during the encore.
The jam-packed two-hour concert ended in a "flash" with Jay Park, Woo Won Jae, Kim Haon, ShiGGA Shay and the crew (DJ Wegun and dancers) snapped a group photo with the fans.
Jay Park (together with Woo Won Jae and Kim Haon for respective concerts) will be continuing the World Tour in Thailand, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo and more.
