After a long wait of three years, NCT 127 finally performed a full-fledged concert in our sunny island last weekend for their NCT 127 2ND TOUR NEO CITY: Singapore - THE LINK at Singapore Indoor Stadium.

The concert officially kicked off with the group performing to ‘Kick it,' a song that paved the high energy and vibes for the night, fans were screaming enthusiastically while waving with their official lightsticks.

Without a moment of delay, the group kept the energy high with hits ‘Lemonade’ and ‘Simon Says’. The group also performed pop tracks ‘Elevator’, ‘Dreamer’, and ‘Love Song’ before members of the group have the opportunity to perform for the fans on their solo stage.

The first member, Taeil, took the solo stage first with his song "Another World," and his euphonious voice undoubtedly touched the hearts of the audience. The following member Haechan immediately joined Taeil for their subsequent duet song ‘Love Sign’, a song that highlights their perfect vocal abilities.
Members of the group Jaehyun and Doyoung both mesmerized the fans with their solo songs ‘Lost’ and 'The Reason Why It’s My Favorite’. The energetic dance performance by Taeyong and Mark to "The Himalayas" upped the energy of the event while Taeyong then continued a solo performance to 'Moonlight,' stripping his top off, fans were definitely in for a treat that night. Both Jungwoo and Johnny displayed a polished dance routine that featured incredible hip moves and body waves.
The group kept the audience captivated with the songs 'The Rainy Night,' 'White Night,' and 'Back 2 U,' where each member had a chance to display their stunning vocals in harmony with one another.

The group played hits like ‘Favorite,’ 'Bring The Noize,’ ‘Love On The Floor,’ ‘Cherry Bomb,’ and ‘Sticker’ as the show came to a close. The final few songs were delivered magnificently and astoundingly in a setting that couldn't have been more perfect.

The group spoke briefly to the fans, telling them how glad they were to be in Singapore and how much they loved our crabs. The members and fans surprised Taeyong with a Happy Birthday song, and he undoubtedly felt their affection that evening.

Before calling the ideal evening to a close, the group sang their final songs, 'Dreams Come True' and 'Promise You,' in which they expressed their gratitude for all of the love and support they have received over the years and their promise to return to Singapore soon.

Park Eun Bin: Even if the idea of a woman becoming king started from one’s imagination, I thought it was my responsibility as an actor to make the character believable. Rather than drawing a straight line between Hwi as a man and Hwi as a woman, I felt it was more important to make Hwi convincing as a person. So I’m trying not to pretend to be a guy, but to show how natural it was for Hwi to grow up as a man. I’m also trying to give off a genderless vibe. It’s very important for the narrative that no matter how hard she tries, she can’t hide her feminine qualities and that this leads to suspicion and danger. I hope that the audience will not focus on whether she’s a guy or a girl, but just naturally embrace ‘Hwi with this side to her, and also that side’. My hope is that me on-screen would really come across as ‘Hwi’ to the viewers.

Rising K-POP girl group, Bling Bling draw attention from worldwide fans with their catchy hits and unique vocals since debut last year. The group composed of Korean members Cha Ju Hyun, Yubin, Narin, Choi Ji Eun and Japanese members Ayamy and Marin - where each member delivers brightness and healthy energy in their way as Bling Bling. 

Recently, the group returned with their first mini-album 'CONTRAST', which features the title track 'Oh MAMA', side track ‘Milkshake’, as well as their two previous releases ‘G.G.B’ and ‘LA LA LA’. Fresh off the release of the group's new mini-album, GOKPOP had the chance to speak with Bling Bling via a written interview about their rising popularity, the album and their journey to debut as the member of Bling Bling.

Q: Bling Bling has garnered lots of love and support from overseas fans since debut last November, how do you feel receiving such good responses?

A: We heard that many international fans are cheering for us and we saw the supporting messages through comments as well. Can't believe there are so many people cheering for us from afar, we're really grateful for that. 

Q: Tell us more about your first mini album 'CONTRAST' and 'Oh MAMA'.

A: Our first mini album 'CONTRAST' is an album that shows the contrasting sides of Bling Bling - both chic and cool, as well as our lovely charms. Our title track 'Oh MAMA' tells about a cool person who fell in love and found themselves not being able to hold back their feelings. It's a track that used exclamation 'Oh MAMA' to express their feelings in a fun way. 

Q: Any behind-the-stories you would like to share while promoting for this comeback?

A: Through this album promotion, we had the chance to meet the fans in person for the first time through fan meeting and fan signing event. We have been meeting the fans online but this time, we really had a great time meeting the fans directly. Hope we'll have more opportunity to meet the fans in person. 

Q: Tell us your journey debut as Bling Bling. 

A: For Korean members, we joined the company through audition, went through trainee life and made our debut. For Japanese members Marin and Ayamy, both of them were students at a dance academy where they got the chance to audition in our company through the introduction of their dance instructor. And after that, they came to Korea and started their trainee life and made their debut. 

Q: What was the first thing you wanted to do after debut?

A: We wanted to perform in front of our fans. We were sad on the fact that we couldn't perform during our debut album promotion but this time, we're happy that we get meet the fans in person through the fan meeting and fan signing event. 

Q: What's next for Bling Bling? Any exciting lineup in the 2nd half of 2021?

After this promotion, we are planning to comeback with a new album this year. We'll be back with a different concept so please look forward to it!

Q: Any message to fans in Malaysia?

'Move to Heaven' brings together a refreshing ensemble cast of Lee Je-hoon, who never fails to impress audiences; Tang Jun-sang, a rising star with 11 years of acting experience under his belt; and Hong Seung-hee, whose cheerful spirits draw people in. Set to release on 14 May, the 10-episode drama talks about Geu-ru (starring Tang Jun-Sang), a young man with Asperger's syndrome and Sang-gu (starring Lee Je-hoon) who becomes his guardian overnight. When Geu-ru's father Jung-woo suddenly passed away, Sang-gu has to live with Geu-ru for 3 months to help with the work as trauma cleaners - where they clean up crime scenes and organise the belongings of the deceased.

Earlier this morning, the main cast Lee Je-hoon, Tang Jun-sang, Hong Seung-hee and director Kim Sung-ho sat down with the press and talked about the heartwarming story behind 'Move to Heaven'.

Q: What does 'Move to Heaven' mean to you?

Hong Seung-hee: To me, I think it's like a four seasons. If you see the series, you'll feel the same way too. You'll go through a wide range of emotions. Sometimes you feel warm sometimes you'll feel the heat within.

Q: Lee Je-hoon, you have played many iconic roles in different dramas/movies, so how different was your role on 'Move to Heaven' compared to other roles you've played in the past?

Lee Je-hoon: It's interesting that Sang-gu has the character that is a total opposite of me and the character that I played before. From other people's point of view, Sang-gu has no manner and is a person that you don't really want to be close to. All the traumatic experiences that he been through made him who he was and at Sang-gu point of view, I feel sorry for him. But after meeting Geu-ru he feels warm and not lonely anymore and realised that it's actually happy to be with people. I'm also very proud on his personal growth.

Q: Jun-sang, do you feel pressure taking your first main role in 'Move to Heaven'?

Tang Jun-Sang: It's such an honoured to join Netflix original series and as the main role for 'Move to Heaven'. It's not easy to portray the character and so I talked a lot with the director and the writer. I did feel a little bit of pressure before the shoot but thanks to Je-hoon and Seung-hee I feel at ease and also get to learn many things from them during the shoot. 

Q: Seung-hee, tell us more about your character as Na-mu.

Hong Seung-hee: Compared to my character in Navillera, the character Na-mu is lively and has a positive energy. You can see a different side of Seung-hee through the show. 

Q: Which episode that is most memorable and most retable to you? 

Tang Jun-Sang: It's episode 5 which talks about a couple. The story is kinda like Sherlock Homes which I have to find clues and figure out what will happen next.

Hong Seung-hee: For me, it's episode 5 as well, I heard similar stories about the incident prior to shooting so I felt the same emotions when I portrayed the scene.

Lee Je-hoon: I wouldn't wanna give much spoiler but it's episode 1. The story about a married couple who came to pick up their son's belongings. I felt quite sad and kinda relate to it. Watch 'Move to Heaven' to find out more!

A stellar cast of seasoned acting greats and fresh rising stars has been assembled for Netflix upcoming webtoon based drama, 'Navillera' which is set to release on 22 March. Directed by Han Dong-hwa, the 12-episode drama talks about Deok-Chul, a retired postman who seeks to fulfil his lifelong dream of becoming a ballet dancer at the age of 70 and Chae-rok, a young man who has a unique talent for ballet but realizes his talent fairly late compared to his peers. Chae-rok’s life unexpectedly changes as he becomes a ballet mentor to the 70-year-old grandpa.

Earlier today, director Han Dong-hwa and the main cast Park In-Hwan, Na Moon-Hee, Song Kang and Hong Seung Hee caught up with the press and talked about the highly acclaimed webtoon drama, 'Navillera'. 

Q: Tell us more about the drama.

Director Han Dong-hwa: Navillera is a drama about people who go through difficulties in their lives while in search of their dreams. Shim Deok-chul, who has taken care of his family his whole life, meets ballerino Lee Chae-rok who is lost and has a lot of pain in his life. They have an intriguing bromance and great chemistry.

Q: Tell us about your characters in Navillera.

Park In-Hwan: I play the role of a man who dares to follow his dream at the age of 70. I saw the original webtoon and it was extremely entertaining and very inspiring. 

Song Kang: I think my character, Chae-rok, has a pure and warm heart but people may misunderstand him because of his reserved personality. In that sense we share some similarities because I also feel like I’m like that. Meeting Deok-chul really brings out Chae-rok’s big heart and amplifies it. 

Na Moon-Hee: When I first read the webtoon, I didn’t think the wife had a large role. However, after deciding to take on this role, I saw that Deok-chul is able to chase after his dreams because his wife is by his side. Hae-nam is very considerate of her husband and children. As I’m in the later years of my life, I think you have to rely on your partner a lot.

Hong Seung-hee: My character, Eun-ho, follows the strictly constructed plans of her father.
