What to Watch on Disney+ This October: From Sweet Romances to Marvel Adventures

This October, whether you're looking for your next binge, a story to fall in love with, or a new adventure from the Marvel universe, here are just some of the titles to add to your Disney+ watchlist:

For fans of romance, Merry Berry Love premieres today, following a successful Korean spatial designer who loses everything overnight and heads to a picturesque Japanese island for a fresh start. There, an unexpected encounter with a devoted strawberry farmer blossoms into a sweet cross-cultural romance. Also available to stream, Perfect Crown stars IU and Byeon Wooseok in a romantic comedy set in an alternate modern-day Korea where the monarchy still reigns. When ambitious chaebol heiress Seong Hui-ju proposes a marriage of convenience to Grand Prince I-an—a beloved royal with a title but little power—their calculated arrangement quickly becomes complicated by palace politics, public scrutiny and unexpected feelings.

Marvel enthusiasts can look forward to Marvel Television's VisionQuest from 14 October onwards, which concludes the epic trilogy that began with WandaVision and Agatha All Along. Having escaped those who sought to weaponise him, a rebooted Vision is on the run with Thomas Shepherd, a mysterious boy who may be his reincarnated son.

For lovers of sweeping Asian epics, Tigers Sniff The Rose, a Chinese period drama arriving this October, follows Princess Wanyao and gifted scholar Yan Shang, whose chance encounter blossoms into an unlikely partnership. As turmoil threatens the country, the pair find themselves navigating court politics, confronting powerful enemies and fighting for a more peaceful future—all while growing closer along the way. Meanwhile, The Remarried Empress, available from 4 November and based on the chart-topping webtoon of the same name, tells the story of Navier, a perfect empress whose husband shocks her one day when he returns home with his mistress and demands a divorce. Unwilling to let the Emperor ruin her life, Navier grants his request but, in return, asks to marry a rival prince of the Western Kingdom, igniting a tale of political intrigue, romance and a fight to reclaim her stolen power.
