Thai Actor Sky Wongravee Celebrates the Launch of Maybelline Malaysia First-Ever 30H Monsoonproof Mesh Cushion

Matte Max: The Weather Lab concluded on a high note after welcoming over 3,900 visitors to Sunway Pyramid for a week-long celebration of beauty, innovation and performance makeup. Inspired by the realities of Malaysia’s tropical climate, Maybelline Malaysia’s immersive pop-up invited visitors to experience the new Super Stay Matte Max Cushion through a series of interactive weather-inspired challenges, marking the official Malaysian launch of Maybelline’s first-ever 30H Monsoonproof Mesh Cushion.

Throughout the week, visitors embarked on the Weather Lab, discovering their perfect cushion shade before putting the product to the test through immersive wind, rain and heat-inspired environments. From AI-powered content moments and makeup touch-ups to exclusive rewards, the activation brought the science behind long-wear makeup to life while showcasing how the Super Stay Matte Max Cushion performs in Malaysia’s everyday weather conditions.

The celebration culminated on 8 August, when acclaimed Thai actor Sky Wongravee made a special appearance to commemorate the official Malaysian launch of the Super Stay Matte Max Cushion. In conjunction with his appearance, 30 selected fans enjoyed an exclusive fan experience, meeting Sky in person for a photo moment and receiving a signed keepsake, while thousands more gathered to catch his on-stage appearance throughout the event.
