Kuala Lumpur’s homegrown idol sensation KLP48 is ready to take center stage for a momentous celebration. The group will mark their first anniversary with a special concert titled 〜BLOOM〜, set to take place on Saturday, August 16 at 5.30PM at Zepp Kuala Lumpur.

Since their debut, KLP48 has rapidly become a fan favorite, winning hearts across Malaysia with their vibrant energy, powerful performances, and undeniable charm. The 〜BLOOM〜 concert promises to be a culmination of their year-long journey, with every member currently deep in final rehearsals to deliver a show worthy of the milestone.

This isn't just any anniversary show. KLP48 will be joined by some of the region’s most exciting acts. Jakarta-based JKT48, Indonesia’s representative sister group under the AKB48 family, will take the stage alongside Malaysia’s rising R&B-pop star Ismail Izzani and the dynamic girl group COËX. Together, these acts will create an electrifying night of music and connection.

Fans can expect a blend of nostalgia and fresh energy as KLP48 reflects on their past year while setting the tone for their future. From signature group hits to surprise collabs, 〜BLOOM〜 is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated idol events of the year.

Spotify - the world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service, participated in ‘T1 Home Ground’ as the event’s main partner, bringing a new dimension to the fan experience by integrating music into the world of esports. Held from July 25 to 27 at Inspire Arena in Incheon, the three-day fan festival marked the first official activation under Spotify’s partnership with the globally renowned esports organization T1.

T1 Home Ground is designed to offer fans direct, real-life interaction with T1 players that is a mission that closely aligns with Spotify’s approach to connect creators and fans through physical, immersive experiences. From in-real-life (IRL) pop-ups to artist-led exclusive fan events, Spotify has consistently bridged the gap between artists and listeners. Through this partnership, that same connective was extended into the esports space, highlighting music as a shared cultural language between fans and players.

As the main partner of the event, Spotify curated a dedicated onsite activation that showcased personalized music experiences while deepening engagement between the T1 team and its fans. Each program was developed to reflect Spotify’s brand identity while complementing the energy of the esports community. 

Key highlights from Spotify’s activation at T1 Home Ground 2025 included:

● ‘My Music MBT1’ Test: An in-app quiz that matches fans with a T1 player based on their music taste. Participants received a personalized photo card and a curated playlist from their matched player, creating a customized music experience linked to their favorite.

● Fan Message Wall: A dedicated wall that showcased messages collected on-site—from fan letters and interactive Q&A to quiz responses. These were later displayed during the fan meeting for players by sharing their music preferences, listening habits on Spotify, and thoughts on the collaboration. A standout moment was the ‘T1 X Spotify Behind-the-Scenes Talk’, where players took the stage to discuss how music supports their training, focus, and performance—highlighting Spotify’s role in creating emotionally resonant experiences that go beyond streaming.

● Uniform Upgrade Station: An area where attendees could personalize their T1 jerseys with Spotify logo patches. This service offered a visual representation of the new partnership and strengthened brand affinity within the gaming audience.

Organized by iMe Malaysia, 82MAJOR CONCERT <82 SYNDROME> IN KUALA LUMPUR is set to take place on October 4, 2025 (Saturday) at IDEA LIVE ARENA! This marks the group’s return to the Malaysian stage 8 months after their successful fan meeting in February. It will also be their first full concert in Malaysia, delivering a complete showcase of their musical prowess and on-stage charisma.

As one of the most promising new-generation K-pop boy groups in recent years, 82MAJOR consists of six talented members, each equipped with diverse charms and solid skills. Since their official debut in 2023 with the single First Class, they have quickly garnered attention thanks to their fresh, distinctive music style, strong performance abilities, and unique individual appeal.

82MAJOR’s music fuses various genres including K-POP, hip-hop, R&B, and electronic, crafting a bold and innovative sound that resonates with the emotions and attitudes of the younger generation. With popular tracks such as TAKEOVER, Stuck, Choke, and Sure Thing, they have achieved impressive streaming results on platforms like YouTube and Spotify, steadily expanding their global fanbase, especially across Southeast Asia.

The organizer strongly advises fans not to purchase tickets from unofficial channels to avoid scams. To ensure fair ticketing and prevent scalping, a real-name ticketing and identity verification system will be implemented for this event.

The group, consisting of JANG YONGHOON, KIM MINJAE, PARK WONBIN, CHU YOOCHAN, PARK SEONGHYEON, BAEK JUNHYUK and JEONG SEMIN, is Starship Entertainment’s first boy group in about five years. The group name, short for “I did it”, reflects their determination to accomplish anything through hard work. 

'STEP IT UP' showcases IDID’s fearless journey in forging their own path with outspokenness and a free-spirited attitude, marking a first confident step for this rookie act aiming high. The bright yet weighty rap, set against a heavy 808 bass and hard-hitting track, radiates fierce energy that highlights how IDID “steps it up” on stage in their own unique way. It was co-written by Dem Jointz – who has previously worked with pop stars like Dr. Dre and Eminem, as well as K-pop artists Jennie (“ExtraL”), aespa (“Supernova”), and NCT 127 (“Cherry Bomb” and “Kick It”) – alongside other internationally acclaimed producers. 

The song not only illuminates the septet’s empowered sense of freedom shaped by a self-directed attitude, but also their musical identity rooted in the high-teen hip-hop genre. IDID pursues romance and novelty with a youthful, liberated spirit, while creating a refreshing contrast by marrying familiarity and freshness – all grounded in classic K-pop performance. At the heart of the group lies the keyword “#ClassicHip,” a dynamic interplay of refined, weighty hip-hop, the emotional depth of youth and empowered freedom. 

IDID is composed of the winners from Starship Entertainment’s ambitious debut project ‘Debut’s Plan,' which aired earlier this year and gained significant popularity. Shortly after the project, IDID performed ‘Blooming CROWN’ on Korean music shows – a track featured in ‘Debut’s Plan’ that conveys a message of turning hardships into stepping stones for growth, ultimately allowing their dreams to blossom. The special stages, showcasing IDID’s already-polished performance skills, garnered positive reviews and signaled the emergence of a new performance-driven act. 

Ahead of their debut, IDID also joined the global K-culture fan platform Berriz to foster connections with fans around the world. Since then, the group has actively engaged with their growing global fanbase.  

IDID also drew attention for releasing their original YouTube content series, ‘Fly High! IDID!’ It showcases the members as they try out things they’ve wanted to do before debut and work toward goals they aim to achieve after debut. By highlighting each member’s unique personality and charm, ‘Fly High! IDID!’ has become a platform for fans to get to know the group on a deeper level.  

IDID is slated to make their official debut with their 1st EP “I did it.” on Sept. 15 and hold a debut showcase at YES24 Live Hall in Seoul. In previous teaser content, IDID introduced a series of keywords hinting at their upcoming musical activity, including: “Ice,” “Blue,” “Sunglitter,” “Water,” “Goodvibes,” “Fresh,” and “Energy.” ‘STEP IT UP’ will also be featured in the “I did it” album.
