Bii is back in Malaysia for a fan meeting on 27th November 2016

Tickets will be available from 14th October 2016 onwards

Since the announcement of Bii’s Fan Meeting in Malaysia, the fans have responded positively by expressing their excitement on social media. He will be in Malaysia to promote his 4^th album titled “I AM Bii TO THE DOUBLE i”.

Since his last concert in 2015, he has attracted a fair amount of fans from the Chinese community and surprisingly, the Malay as well. This year itself, he had successfully played a sold out show of 4000 pax in Taiwan.

Bii has expressed that he can’t wait to show his fans the hard work put into writing and composing the songs of different genres that ultimately led to the success of this album. Fans can also witness a more mature side to him. According to Bii, both the letters “i” in his name represent different sides of him. However, with the double “i”, he will be able to give double the love to his family and fans.

“I AM Bii TO THE DOUBLE i” Fan Meeting will be held on 27th November 2016 in Mega Star Arena at 8PM. The ticket will be divided to two categories, which are “BF Zone” priced at RM269 (numbered seat) and “Normal Ticket” priced at RM149 (free seating). The “BF Zone” category comes with “I AM Bii TO THE DOUBLE i” album and a limited edition souvenir. The first 200 “BF Zone” ticket holders will be able to get a group photo with Bii. All tickets include RM4 processing fee.

KUALA LUMPUR, 10 October 2016 – There were no Monday blues for K-drama fans who were treated to a special date with South Korean actor Kim Rae Won on 10 October. The open-to-public fan meeting at Pavilion KL was organized by the number one Korean entertainment channel ONE HD. 

The dashing Kim Rae Won was greeted by more than 5,000 ardent fans from all across Malaysia.  Some arrived at the venue as early as 9.30am to secure a good spot and show their support for their oppa “Hong Hong Hong,” as he is affectionately known.

The actor’s visit to Kuala Lumpur follows the incredible success of his recently concluded hit drama series Doctors, which is the highest rated drama across all international channels in Malaysia. When it premiered earlier in June, the immense popularity of the drama propelled ONE HD to the top spot on Astro during its telecast slot, rating eight times more than the other Korean channels combined.

With fans packing the venue to the brim, the man of the hour spared no effort in dazzling them all with his iconic megawatt smile. The meet-and-greet session was punctuated by deafening screams from fans as he shared more about his experiences filming the drama Doctors.

To the delight of those present, six lucky fans were also selected to re-enact iconic scenes from Doctors onstage, including the memorable dance in the rain between Kim Rae Won and Park Shin Hye. The participants took on the challenge with gusto, prompting nonstop laughter from the audience and effusive praise from the star himself. The evening ended on a high note with Kim Rae Won signing exclusive event posters for fans, before taking his leave amidst continued cheers from the audience.

Synopsis of Doctors

Due to a traumatic childhood, Hye Jung (Park Shin Hye) has grown up to become a tough-as-nails ruffian who is completely untrusting of others. When she is sent to live with her grandmother, she meets neurosurgeon-turned-teacher Hong Ji Hong, who ends up taking her under his wing and becoming her mentor. Under his care and guidance, can she put her past behind her and become an accomplished neurosurgeon too?

October is no doubt a delightful month for Malaysian V.I.Ps as BIGBANG kept their promise and returned to Malaysia for 2016 BIGBANG MADE [V.I.P] Tour in KL.

In celebration of BIGBANG 10^th Anniversary, the tour was comprised of a mini-concert and fan meet where the members played various stage games to entertain the crowd. Unlike other tours where fans were invited on stage to interact with the members, however, Malaysia stage game was slightly different as only the members were onstage to compete which each other. BUT the members have prepared the heartwarming gifts for the lucky fans as compensation.  Not to mention, the special guest, TOP standee which brought a little excitement to the audiences.

The concert started with members self-introduction followed by the game session. The games session caused great laughter as the cheerleaders, Daesung and Seungri non-stop cheering and hooting for their partners. Also, Daesung and Seungri tried their best to speak in English and entertained the crowd with their infectious humour. Before the 2^nd game started, Seungri claimed loudly ‘This game is easy!’, but he lost the game to Daesung and Taeyang playfully replied, ‘Seungri, you said it’s easy?”. Seungri then unwillingly replied, ‘Life is not that easy’.  The little interaction between the members definitely lightens your day.

The laughter-filled game session ended and PART 2 started with their hit songs ‘Loser’, ‘BANG BANG BANG’, ‘If You’ and ‘Bad Boy’. They emerged onstage individually for their solo performances. A must mention is Daesung’s trot stage, which brought us a refreshing impact as we barely see trot performance in Malaysia. Many fans like me probably think he would perform ‘Wings’ right?

After their solo stages, 4 of them back on stage and performed Sober. G-Dragon and Taeyang revealed that BIGBANG new album is almost done and will be releasing soon. They also promised to return to Malaysia for their next concert. Before saying goodbye to the audiences, the boys performed ‘Bae Bae’, ‘We Like 2 Party’ and wrapped up with ‘Fantastic Baby’.

Although TOP was not present, but the remaining members, G-Dragon, Taeyang, Daesung and Seungri filled the venue with their jolly interaction and powerful performances. The concert has surrounded by an aura of happiness and excitement. We hope they keep their promise and not too soon in entering the military but soon in releasing their new album as V.I.Ps have waited like centuries.
