ALLDAY PROJECT Finds New Energy on CRASH
THEBLACKLABEL’s breakout co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT is back with their second EP, CRASH, bringing together contrasting personalities, styles and perspectives across five tracks.
The comeback began with “TALK,” which arrived as a pre-release music video and quickly set the tone for the new era. The video surpassed 11 million views on YouTube in less than a week. “DO IT LIKE THIS” followed days later, reaching more than 6 million views in its first four days while showcasing the group’s confident attitude.
The title track “CRASH” serves as the centerpiece of the EP, built around an addictive melody that gives way to an intense, drumline-driven dance beat. The track reflects ALLDAY PROJECT’s refusal to play by the rules, quite literally crashing the party with a burst of energy.
Across the EP, the group moves between different sounds while keeping their confidence and chemistry at the center. “TALK” opens with gritty industrial hip-hop, dark bass, sharp flows and layered choruses. “DO IT LIKE THIS” takes a minimal, bass-heavy approach, with shifting vocal tones adding dimension.
“NO LIMIT” brings Brazilian funk into the mix through distinctive percussion, tight rhythms, playful chants and lively back-and-forth between the members. Closing the EP, “UP ALL NIGHT” marks the group’s first venture into acoustic sounds, offering a warm and mellow ending about making the most of the present together.
ALLDAY PROJECT first made an immediate impact with their debut single “FAMOUS,” which reached No. 1 on YouTube’s worldwide Trending Music Videos chart, topped major Korean real-time music charts and debuted at No. 43 on the Billboard Global 200. Their first EP, ALLDAY PROJECT, arrived last December with “ONE MORE TIME” as its lead track.
With CRASH, ALLDAY PROJECT continues to build on that momentum while carving out an identity of their own as THEBLACKLABEL’s first co-ed group.
