From Paris to Kuala Lumpur, FKJ Unveils ‘Tyber’ This September
French multi-instrumentalist, singer and producer FKJ is set to return with his third studio album “Tyber”, due for release this September, alongside an extensive headline tour across Asia that includes a stop in Kuala Lumpur on 1 December at Zepp KL.
Known for blending jazz, soul, classical, hip-hop, funk, rock and electronic influences, FKJ continues to build a sound that sits between technical musicianship and intimate atmosphere. His work has long drawn a global audience for its balance of experimentation and emotional depth.
The first glimpse of the new album arrives with his latest single “Soulmates”, a track that reflects a period of personal and creative change following his previous album “V I N C E N T”. Written and recorded across London, Los Angeles, Paris, Brazil and Mexico, the album captures a journey shaped by movement, solitude, collaboration and renewal.
Across “Tyber”, FKJ expands his sound further, moving through groove driven compositions, jazz led instrumentals, sample heavy ideas and direct songwriting moments. The project shifts between funk, alt-pop, R&B and psychedelic textures while maintaining a cohesive identity that reflects his evolving artistic vision.
“Soulmates” introduces this new chapter with a warm and immersive sound, highlighting FKJ’s instinctive approach to composition and his ability to blend musical precision with emotional clarity.
The album also features collaborations with Lucy Park, Baby Rose, Bas, Eryn Allen Kane and Labrinth, adding further depth to its wide ranging sonic palette.
Tickets for the Asia tour are available through artist presale, Mastercard presale and Live Nation presale, with general sales opening on 9 July at 11am.
With “Tyber”, FKJ steps into a more expansive chapter of his career, bringing his evolving sound to audiences across Asia this December.
