It had only been just over a year since Apink last met fans in Singapore, but the energy inside Arena @ EXPO on April 4 felt like no time had passed at all. The group returned with the 2026 Apink Asia Tour <The Origin : APINK> in SINGAPORE, picking up right where they left off after their 2025 concert, and the crowd was more than ready.

From the moment the lights went down, Apink leaned into what they do best, blending nostalgia with fresh moments. Early into the night, they took fans back with a run of their classic hits. Songs like “I Don’t Know”, “MYMY”, “Mr Chu”, “NoNoNo”, “LUV”, and “Remember” turned the venue into a full singalong. The response was immediate and loud, with fans echoing every lyric, proving just how timeless these tracks have become.

Then came one of the night’s standout surprises. The members appeared in sharp black suits, switching up their image completely for a cover of Mirotic by TVXQ. The performance brought a sleek and confident edge, showing a different side of the group that drew cheers across the arena. It was a reminder of their versatility and how comfortably they can move between concepts.

Of course, Apink did not hold back on the fun. In one of the most talked-about segments, the group transformed into a playful “boyband” version of themselves, calling it “Agreen”. The unexpected switch had fans laughing throughout, adding a lighthearted break between the more polished stages.

The connection with fans remained at the heart of the night. The members shared that it had been 1 year and 2 months since their last visit, and were visibly surprised to see so many familiar faces. When they asked who had attended their previous concert, a sea of hands went up.

One fan moment quickly became a highlight. A male fan shouted “MICHIODA” (It's Crazy), drawing laughter and reactions from the group. Jung Eunji especially leaned into the moment, playfully shouting “crazy, crazy” back at him as a compliment, with the fan responding in kind. It turned into a spontaneous exchange that had the entire crowd entertained.

Kim Namjoo also brought her own humor, joking that while they once had a “cute cute” image, they were now showing a more grown and bold side. The comment had fans laughing as the members themselves struggled to keep a straight face. Meanwhile, Oh Hayoung warmed the audience with an English speech, sharing her gratitude for the support in Singapore and expressing hope that the night would become an unforgettable memory.

The crowd matched the group’s energy at every turn. Fanchants rang loudly throughout the venue, with a noticeably strong presence of male fans adding to the volume. Before the photo session, fans surprised Apink with a VCR tribute, followed by a banner event. It was a simple but meaningful gesture that captured the long journey shared between artist and fans.

While the night leaned more towards celebration than sentimentality, it never lost its emotional core. Apink’s return to Singapore felt easy, joyful, and full of personality, balancing polished performances with genuine, unscripted moments. More than a decade into their career, Apink continue to prove why their bond with fans remains strong. In Singapore, that connection was loud, playful, and very much alive.
