IVE Conquer Rock in Japan Festival 2025 With Ten-Song Power Set
Friday, September 19, 2025IVE brought their signature star power to one of Japan’s biggest music stages. On September 15, the six-member group (An Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Wonyoung, Liz and Leeseo) performed at Rock in Japan Festival 2025 at Soga Sports Park in Chiba, commanding the Lotus Stage with a ten-song set that showcased their global dominance.
The group opened with “Rebel Heart,” their early 2025 Korean chart-topper, before launching into megahit “I AM” and demonstrating their polished live vocals. They continued with “Attitude,” the title track from their third mini album IVE EMPATHY, and powered through fan favorites “Kitsch” and “HEYA” to cement their reputation as the ultimate K-festival performers.
IVE also tailored their setlist for Japanese fans, delivering “ELEVEN -Japanese ver.-,” OST track “DARE ME” from NTV drama Dame Mane!, and the title song “Be Alright” from their third Japanese album, which topped both Oricon’s weekly album charts and Billboard Japan’s Top Album Sales earlier this summer. The performance of “Be Alright” marked its first-ever live stage and quickly became a hot topic.
The group then unveiled their newest Korean release “XOXZ,” which has been charting strongly in Japan, before closing with their global smash “After LIKE” to thunderous sing-alongs.
Following the festival, IVE shared their gratitude through Starship Entertainment, calling the experience “meaningful and precious” and thanking fans for their support.
The Rock in Japan Festival milestone comes as IVE continue their unstoppable run in Japan. Since debuting there in 2022, they have sold out arenas, staged a fan concert tour that drew nearly 100,000 attendees, and performed at Tokyo Dome during their first world tour.
With the “IVE syndrome” sweeping Japan, the group is now preparing for the launch of their second world tour, IVE WORLD TOUR ‘SHOW WHAT I AM’, which will open at KSPO DOME in Seoul from October 31 to November 2.
