The biggest K-pop festival of the year took Kuala Lumpur by storm on 1 November 2025, as Watsons KFinity Music Festival 2025 lit up the city with an electrifying lineup — TAEYANG, MINZY, YUJU, JU-NE, THAMA, and SOLE — all sharing one massive stage for a night that fans will remember forever. From soulful grooves to legendary anthems, each artist brought their own colour and charisma, turning the festival into a six-in-one concert extravaganza that celebrated the heart of K-pop across generations.

THAMA Set the Vibe
The night kicked off with THAMA, whose smooth R&B and sultry vocals instantly drew the crowd in. Performing hits like “Real Thing,” “Hey,” “Do It For Love,” and “I Feel Love,” his soulful tone and live energy set the perfect mood for what was to come.
In a heartwarming moment, THAMA surprised fans by offering on-stage fan service — inviting those who brought his album to the venue to come forward, where he personally signed albums on stage. The thoughtful gesture melted fans’ hearts and created an intimate connection between the singer and the audience, making his set feel even more special. Fans cheered and applauded his down-to-earth personality as he smiled and thanked them for their love and support.

SOLE Shines with Soul and Charm

Next up, SOLE took over the stage with her buttery vocals and effortless cool. Performing an impressive 13-song setlist, including “1 Minute,” “Same,” “Still Love,” “Mm Mm,” and “Stay With Me,” she mesmerised the crowd with her rich tone and stage confidence.
The crowd went wild when SOLE greeted them in Bahasa Malaysia, saying it was her first time performing in Malaysia and that she felt “really happy to be here.” Fans were charmed by her warm smile and perfect pronunciation, cheering even louder as she promised to “enjoy the rest of the night together.

JU-NE Rocks the Stage
Then came JU-NE from iKON, who immediately turned up the energy with his powerful voice and charisma. Opening with “Feel Lost” and “So Cold,” he delivered emotional, rock-infused performances while skillfully playing the bass guitar.
JU-NE melted hearts as he told fans how excited he was to be back and sorry for the long wait, earning thunderous cheers. Just when the audience thought his set was over, the beat of “M.U.P” dropped — and suddenly the festival exploded into an iKON medley of “M.U.P,” “Jerk,” “Love Scenario,” and “Rhythm Ta.” The arena turned into a dance floor, with fans singing and waving their lightsticks in unison.

TAEYANG — The Living Legend
As night fell, TAEYANG took the stage with a live band, proving why he’s one of K-pop’s finest. His 50-minute set was nothing short of legendary — starting with “1AM” and “Vibe” before moving into “Body + Superstar,” “I Need A Girl,” and “Ringa Linga.”
When the opening notes of “Eyes, Nose, Lips” filled the air, the entire venue sang along, creating one of the most emotional moments of the night. During his talk segment, TAEYANG teased fans by saying he’d be back in Malaysia soon, and when fans started chanting for BIGBANG, he smiled and said, “I got it.” The crowd erupted with screams, and he closed his set with “Night Fall” and “Seed,” leaving everyone speechless.

YUJU’s Angelic Moment
YUJU followed with a soothing and emotional set, gracing the stage with songs like “Spring Is Gone by Chance,” “Reply,” “Orion,” and “DALALA.” Her crystal-clear voice filled the hall, and when fans shouted for “Without You,” she sang it live — flawlessly. Her heartfelt delivery and gentle charisma offered a sweet interlude in a night filled with powerhouse stages.

MINZY Ends with a Bang
Closing the festival was MINZY, who brought unstoppable energy from start to finish. She dominated the stage with “NINANO,” “Teamo,” and “Superwoman,” before treating fans to a nostalgic 2NE1 medley — “I Don’t Care,” “I Am the Best,” and “Go Away.”
The moment “I Don’t Care” started playing, fans screamed at the top of their lungs, waving lightsticks and dancing along like it was 2011 again. MINZY’s stage presence and fierce charisma proved that she’s still the dancing queen fans know and love.
The Watsons KFinity Music Festival 2025 wasn’t just another concert — it was a celebration of K-pop through generations, bringing together soulful voices, timeless hits, and unforgettable fan moments. From THAMA’s groove to MINZY’s powerhouse finale, each artist turned their set into a mini concert of their own, showing the diverse beauty of K-pop — all in one night. Here’s hoping this festival becomes an annual tradition, uniting fans from every fandom to dance, sing, and celebrate the music we all love.
