- Redeem the pass at Fan Benefits Redemption Counter: 11AM - 1.55PM on 18 January 2020
- Things to take note: redeem the pass before the event, bring your printed copy ticket (A4 size paper)

Fan Signing Event
- Fan signing event will be held on 17 January 2020 (one day before the concert) at The Ritz Carlton
- Redeem WINNER 3rd mini Cross album and register the pass at Level 2, Ballroom 6 of The Ritz Carlton, KL: 5PM - 6.45PM | Event starts at 7PM
- Things to take note: gifts are not allowed but only fan letter, bring your printed copy ticket (A4 size paper) & I/C or passport (for verification purpose)
