KBEE 2025 Kuala Lumpur is set to turn Sunway Pyramid Convention Center into a three day celebration of Korean culture from 11 to 13 December 2025. This year’s lineup combines music, fashion, lifestyle, and direct fan engagement, creating one of the most accessible K culture events in Malaysia.

The main spotlight falls on the Opening Ceremony and K Pop Concert on 12 December at CP3, where Mun Kayoung, xikers, and NEXZ will take the stage at 5PM. The concert requires an entry ticket, but the application is simple. Fans can register here from 25 November to 3 December, with winners announced on 5 December via email. Selection is random, so early registration does not increase the chances of winning. Each person can only submit once, and personal information must match the attendee’s photo ID. The entry schedule will be announced later.

The heart of KBEE extends beyond the concert. The K Brand Exhibition and K Culture Event will run on both 12 and 13 December at CP3 with free admission and no ticket needed. Visitors can enjoy booths, showcases, and cultural experiences throughout the day.

On 13 December, fans will get even closer to their favorite stars through KBEE’s Fan Sign and Fan Meetup Event. Mun Kayoung will hold her fan sign session while NEXZ will meet fans at their dedicated fan meetup. Both events are open to all with free entry with registration here, although ticket holders will enjoy closer access. Exact timings will be announced soon.

For industry participants, the Business Meeting segment will take place on 11 and 12 December at CP4, creating a space for collaboration between Korean and Malaysian partners.

With star power, cultural showcases, and a fan friendly layout, KBEE 2025 is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated K culture events of the year in Malaysia.

The Walt Disney Company Asia Pacific unveiled its highly anticipated global general entertainment slate for 2026 at the Disney+ Originals Preview.  The star-studded event was held at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, and featured top talent from the U.S., Korea, and Japan -- underscoring Disney’s creative momentum and its deepening commitment to bold, award-winning storytelling on the streaming platform. 

At the preview, Shōgun star and executive producer Hiroyuki Sanada, along with series co creators Rachel Kondo and Justin Marks, took to the stage to discuss the spectacular storytelling that defined Season 1 as they prepare for production to commence for Season 2. In 2024,  Shōgun broke new ground and made history with a record 18 Emmy wins in a single season.

The event also offered an exciting preview of upcoming global general entertainment titles on  Disney+, featuring new seasons of fan-favorite series such as Paradise (Season 2), FX’s The  Bear (Season 5) and Percy Jackson and The Olympians (Season 2). There were also sneak  peeks of all-new, star-studded original series and documentaries including Chris Hemsworth: A  Road Trip to Remember, the festive special, A Very Jonas Christmas Movie and Pole to Pole with Will Smith - a new series that follows Will Smith as he travels across all seven continents in  100 days. 

Additional highlights included the news that Alien: Earth will be returning for Season 2, as well as a preview of The Testaments, a gripping spin-off series that takes place a few years after the events in The Handmaid's Tale. There were also APAC previews of FX’s The Beauty, a highly anticipated global drama series from acclaimed producer Ryan Murphy; and Descendants:  Wicked Wonderland, a fresh installment in the beloved “Descendants” franchise introducing a new character, Chessy the Cheshire Cat, and a first look at Season 2 of the Australian Original,  The Artful Dodger, an irreverent follow-up to Charles Dickens’ Oliver Twist exploring his adult double life in the far-flung penal colony of Port Victory, Australia. 

With its creative momentum on full display, The Walt Disney Company today also unveiled bold new stories from Korea and Japan that will soon debut on Disney+. Global and regional senior executives shared insights into Disney’s content strategy, emphasizing how APAC Originals complement the platform’s award-winning global general entertainment lineup – all part of the company’s continued commitment to deliver unparalleled storytelling.

Jeff Satur made his long awaited Malaysian debut with the 𝗝𝗘𝗙𝗙 𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗚𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗜𝗡 𝗞𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗔 𝗟𝗨𝗠𝗣𝗨𝗥 on 15 November 2025, turning Zepp KL into a night of glowing red lights, loud love confessions and pure emotional release. Organized by IME Malaysia, the concert marked his first ever performance in Malaysia, yet the energy felt like a long overdue reunion.

From the opening moment, Jeff stepped confidently into the spotlight and the crowd erupted with a roar that stunned him. “You sound just like my last station. You scream like a stadium show na,” he teased, clearly impressed. Fans filled the venue with banners, lightsticks and chants that carried through every song.

The setlist moved between emotional highs and explosive reactions. Jeff delivered his biggest hits including “Why Don’t You Stay”, “Fade”, and a fiery “Dum Dum” that sent fans into a screaming loop that made him laugh and get adorably embarrassed. Malaysia then became the first place in the world to hear “Golden Night”, released only two days earlier on 13 November. The entire hall held its breath as he introduced it, making the moment feel intimate and historic.

One of the most special highlights came when Jeff walked back onstage wearing a Baju Melayu. The crowd screamed even louder as he performed “P Ramlee and Saloma” by Alpha in Malay, a gesture that instantly deepened his connection with local fans. He also surprised everyone with a cover of “Die With a Smile” by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars, transforming the pop duet into a heartfelt solo moment.

Throughout the night, Jeff’s interactions became the heartbeat of the show. He kept saying “Saya sayang awak” with a sincerity that melted the room. His playful flirting drew just as many screams. When a fan yelled for him to share his water, he giggled and replied, “No sayang, no no.” At another point he joked, “You say Melayu but I say I love you,” sending fans into chaos. He even promoted Thailand and recommended his three favorite foods: Larb tuna, Tomyum kung and Jeff Satur, which made the crowd scream all over again.

The fans gave back just as much love. Many surprised him by speaking fluent Thai, leaving him wide eyed and laughing as he questioned, “How can you speak Thai? Are you really Malaysian or not?” A touching moment arrived when he spotted a banner that read, “Even across galaxy your voice will always find us.” Jeff smiled softly and thanked fans for their endless support.

As the night reached its final moments, Jeff stood before the crowd and offered words of comfort and care. “Be healthy, keep happy. If you are sad I am here with you,” he said, leaving the audience emotional and full of warmth.

Malaysia served as the last stop of the #JeffSaturRedGiantTour, and Jeff ended the night with a promise that drew a final cheer. It may have been his first time performing in Malaysia, but he made it clear that it will not be the last.
