IVE’s Hero Training Center Reveals Six Heroes With Six Different Powers
IVE is taking its superhero concept to the next level with a closer look at the Hero Training Center ahead of their upcoming mini album, Looks Can Kill.
Released on Oct. 11 through the group’s official social media channels, the new “HERO TRAINING CENTER : HERO COMICS” video and accompanying group concept photos showcase ANYUJIN, GAEUL, REI, JANGWONYOUNG, LIZ and LEESEO putting their individual abilities to the test.
Set to a fast, powerful beat, the video highlights each member’s unique skills. ANYUJIN makes a strong entrance with a powerful landing, while GAEUL takes down her opponent with a forceful hand gesture. REI adds her signature playful touch by mimicking a gun with her hands, and JANGWONYOUNG shows off her moves with a pole. LEESEO brings dynamic movement with a long rope, while LIZ impresses by hitting a target with a fork.
Each member’s signature hair colours and styling further define their individual hero identities, adding more detail to IVE’s growing superhero universe.

The “Hero Comics” concept photos continue the theme with scenes set inside the training center. Dramatic silhouettes and training-focused poses build tension, while comic-inspired collages and playful illustrations give the visuals a distinctive look.
Following the earlier “Girl Hero” concept, the latest release puts more focus on the members’ individual powers and personalities, expanding the story behind IVE’s new era.
Fans will get another chance to step into the group’s hero universe on Oct. 19, when IVE teams up with Spotify for Spotify DIVE ACADEMY, coinciding with the pre-release of the title track “Looks Can Kill.” The group will then release their self-titled mini album on Oct. 26.
