Whee In Brings Warmth, Wit, and Vocal Power to Singapore with “OWHEECE” FAN-CON

Thursday, November 13, 2025

Jung Whee In of MAMAMOO lit up Singapore’s Capitol Theatre on November 1 with her signature mix of soulful vocals, humor, and heart at the 2025 Whee In FAN-CON TOUR [OWHEECE] in SINGAPORE. Returning for the first time since 2022, the K-pop star brought her fans on a cozy, laughter-filled journey that proved why she continues to be one of the most beloved voices in Korean pop. The show was organized by Three Angles Productions.

The fan-con’s unique “office” theme set the tone for an evening that was both playful and personal. Whee In kicked off the night with a mix of games, songs, and spontaneous moments that showcased her wit and down-to-earth charm. During one fan interaction segment, she invited the audience to guess her answers in a “balance game.” When asked how she would rather spend her time in the office, “with CEO Whee In” or “playing with Ggomo,” her cat, the crowd unanimously picked Ggomo to tease her, sending Whee In into a fit of laughter.

Of course, the night’s biggest moments came through her powerhouse performances. While she did not perform any new tracks, Whee In thrilled the crowd with a MAMAMOO medley that included “Gogobebe,” “Egotistic,” “HIP,” and “You’re The Best.” The fan chants during this section were deafening, as fans waved their lightsticks in unison, recreating the electric energy of a full-group concert.

Adding to the fun, Whee In also treated fans to an unexpected segment where she covered her fellow members’ solo songs based on fan requests. She sang Hwasa’s “Goodbye,” Moonbyul’s “Goodbyes and Sad Eyes,” and Solar’s “Honey,” each performed with affection and a hint of playful tribute. The covers drew loud cheers and emotional smiles from the audience, a sweet reminder of MAMAMOO’s enduring bond.

The energy shifted as the fan-con approached its emotional close. Fans surprised Whee In with banners reading “드디어 D-Day 함께 In The Mood (Finally D-Day Together In The Mood),” lifted high during her performance of “D-Day,” one of her own signature tracks. Before the encore, Whee In reflected on her last visit to Singapore in 2022 with her MAMAMOO members. She confessed that performing alone this time felt different but expressed deep gratitude that fans still welcomed her with the same warmth and love. Tears welled up as she thanked them, softly dabbing her eyes with a tissue before smiling again.

For the finale, Whee In returned to the stage with renewed energy, performing “D-Day” once more as confetti filled the theater. Before taking her final bow, she promised fans that she would be back in Singapore soon, and next time, she would be bringing her MAMAMOO sisters along for their next world tour.

Thank you to Three Angles Productions for inviting us to this unforgettable evening filled with laughter, emotion, and timeless music.
