On 15 August 2019, Kang Daniel held a press conference to kick off the first stop of his tour.  Exclusively because Singapore was the first stop of Kang Daniel's Color On Me' solo fan meeting tour.

The press conference commenced with Kang Daniel expressing that he was extremely excited to meet everyone with his first album, conveying his utmost sincerity and love for his fans. The star also mentioned that he was well-rested, and he was very touched to be received by so many fans at the airport last night.

When mentioned about the viral video of the idol posing for a fan’s front-camera recording, Kang Daniel definitely saw the video online and explained how he simply wanted to give fans the best experience by greeting everyone at the airport, despite the late hour. What a sweet thought!

Ranking 1st place on the finale of Produce 101 Season 2, Mnet’s survival reality show, and being the center of former boy-group, Wanna One, Kang Daniel certainly misses his members and feels some pressure from having to fill up the stage alone.

Kang Daniel proceeded to give each of his songs a colour. For "Intro (Through The Night)", he chose pink as the song was passionate but not overpowering, so he went for pink instead of red. For "Colour", he chose rainbow as he wanted to show fans the many colours from himself. For What Are You Up To, he picked sky blue; Horizon, he picked black; I Hope, he picked yellow. Lastly, Kang Daniel picked black for himself as he likes the colour and believes that ultimately, all colours would come together and eventually turn black. He also wished that fans would turn up for his fan meeting in pink the next day!

As Busan’s ambassador, Kang Daniel recommended in English to visit Haeundae Beach and eat a lot of tasty food if they were to visit Busan. He also said that he enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and cats on his off days and driving in the night with great music.

Coming to Singapore once again, Kang Daniel mentioned that he would love to roam around Singapore and try our local delicacies this time round as he was unable to do so due to a tight schedule previously. When challenged to try the durian, Kang Daniel gladly agrees, exciting fans to find out if he would enjoy it at his fan meeting.

Leaving everyone with exhilaration, Kang Daniel promised to show his full energy at his fan meeting the next day, concluding the press conference on a happy note.

Few hours later, KARD will be meeting the fans and perform at Lazada 11.11 Super Show, Malaysia's largest one-day online shopping festival which will be held at Axiata Arena, 10PM. Tonight's extravagant show will air LIVE on TV3 and ntv7 with the star-studded lineup, KARD, Cakra Khan, Ella, Ziana Zain, Amy Mastrua, Bunkface, Khai Bahar and more. Ahead of this exciting show, KARD had a meet and greet with the fans this morning and also first met the press and talked about being in a co-ed group, their first performance in Malaysia and their all-time favourite shopping items. 

Here are some highlights during the press conference held this morning:

Q: You guys arrived Malaysia yesterday, how was it?

Q: The moment when you saw your Malaysian fans, how do you feel? 

Q: How do you guys initially meet?

J.seph: It's about 6 or 7 years ago, I am (training together) with Matthew (B.M) together with Somin, but we didn't know we'll be in the same group with Somin and we didn't think of that as well. We trained separately and 2 years ago, Jiwoo came in and that's how we met each other. 

Q: How do you distinguish yourself from other groups? 

Jiwoo: Being a co-ed group itself is different from other groups. Each of us has our own styles, with these styles, we combine together and able to show different colours. I think this is the biggest difference.

Q: KARD had a massive success even before debut. How did that help KARD along the way? 

B.M: First and foremost, we would like to thank fans who support us even before our debut. The fact that our pre-debut songs did very well is because we had tours as well. I think being able to tour and being on stage to meet the fans was a huge experience and it helped a lot. Definitely a big help for us.

Q: There's a website(myMusicTaste) that fans come together for a campaign to vote for their favourite artist to come over to their cities to perform and KARD ranked no.2 with 61,560 points after BTS in Malaysia. How do you feel about your popularity in Malaysia?

J.seph: I am really thankful and it's such an honour being no.2. We'll show our performance in return to all the love and support that received from the fans. 

Q: What are KARD future plans?

B.M: We'll make a lot more good music, a lot more crazy performances that blow your mind. 

Q: This is your first visit to Malaysia, what are you most looking forward to do?

Somin: I am most looking forward to meeting the fans, I hope we'll be able to create good memories together.

Q: What can the fans' expectations for your tonight show?

B.M: A lot of turn it up....

Q: Do you love online shopping? What is your favourite item to purchase when comes to online shopping?

B.M: oh wow...The girls will know about that (looking at Jiwoo & Somin > <)

Jiwoo & Somin: Yes, we love online shopping. 

Somin: I love to buy clothes, accessories and recently I love to buy hats. 

J.seph: It's been 5 years since I did online shopping, I am more towards offline shopping. I usually go to DDP (Dongdaemun) to shop. I am more towards window shopping when comes to online shopping, I prefer to see the products directly. I do window shopping more often, cause I am not that type of person will do lots of shopping. 

Q: If you would like to buy a present for your fans, what would it be?

B.M: I like silver stuff. I think maybe a nice silver bracelet, some jewellery. 

Q: What's your first impression of Malaysia?

B.M: The vibe...not because of the weather. > < Lots of the fans call out our names, taking pictures. It's a really good vibe, that's why I am looking forward to perform tonight. 

Q: What Malaysian food you would like to try?

B.M: I heard the noodles and fried rice are really good here, I really want to try that, so hopefully this will become one of my meals today. 

Jiwoo: Satay... Tonight we plan to have it as dinner. 

Fans: Try A.B.C! 

B.M: I have a question! Do you guys like "Seolbing" (Korean shaved ice dessert) more or A.B.C?

We bet many fans are counting down to attend TWICELAND ZONE 2: Fantasy Park in Malaysia which will be held tomorrow at Stadium Malawati. Not only you, we are excited to see TWICE live performance as well. Earlier today, 9 members of TWICE greeted the media at the press conference and talked about their upcoming concert, first impression about Malaysia and future plan as a group.

Many fans were seen waiting for TWICE arrival yesterday night just to catch a glimpse of the members. Tzuyu was really touched by the warm welcome from our local ONCE and Nayeon expressed that she's looking forward to tomorrow's concert as the fans are so passionate. Q: What’s your first impression towards Malaysia? 

Tzuyu: Really touched because we saw there were lots of fans gathered at the airport yesterday. I am also looking forward to Malaysian cuisine because Malaysian food looks really delicious.

Q: What’s your impression towards ONCE in Malaysia?

Nayeon: They are so passionate and I am looking forward to meet them at the concert tomorrow.

Q: What can ONCE expect towards the concert tomorrow? 

Jihyo: We have done TWICELAND tour at a few countries and we are glad that Malaysia is part of the tour. We will be performing live on our new comeback song "Dance The Night Away" tomorrow and we are looking forward to performing it brightly for the fans. For the opening, we also prepared sub-unit performance so we hope that fans can anticipate and look forward to those performances. 

Q: Did the members give a lot of opinions about this concert? 

Jihyo: All of them gave ideas on certain areas such as the unit member stage. 

Q: What makes you the happiest being able to perform on stage in Malaysia? 

Chaeyoung: We gained a lot of energy from fans, as we are very excited to see them tomorrow at the concert. 

Sana: from the excitement showed by the fans it lightens me up and we hope to be able to see these happy faces again while performing. 

Q: What are some of the unforgettable memory you had in your mind? 

Jeongyeon: During a stage in our concert, the fans sang along when there was no instrumental music in the background. We were very touched at that moment and we are glad to be able to witness it. 

Dahyun: They are very passionate. There are fans who making videos for us and telling us not to try. I feel very touched. 

Q: What is the surprise event from fans that you can’t forget until now? 

Mina: There is a surprise event during a performance where the fans changed the lyrics of our songs and those lyrics were really touching and it teared us up. 

Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 years? 

Jihyo: In 10 years time, we hope we will be able to come back to Malaysia as TWICE once again. We are really thankful for the support from Malaysian ONCE all these while and hopefully, we will be able to come back in the future. We really hope that you will enjoy the amazing performances that we prepared for you tomorrow and please look over us nicely! Thank you Malaysia!

Update: JYP Entertainment and organiser, IME Asia announced on 27 January night that TWICELAND ZONE 2: Fantasy Park in Malaysia has been cancelled due to safety concern. Ticket refund will be processed. 

Prior to TWICE's second concert in Singapore, they held a press conference on 16 June 2018.  The 9-members girl group pulled off a beach look with floral dresses, without doubt, they looked absolutely stunning.

The press conference started with a question on their feelings upon returning to Singapore for their second time. TWICE expressed their thankfulness for the opportunity given to meet ONCEs again within a year for their second concert.  The top-charting girl group managed to mesmerisee a larger amount of fans this time round as the concert's venue held this year is twice as bigger. Chaeyoung mentioned that this year's concert consists of an array of new songs, including unit performances. Fans should definitely look forward to it.

ONCEs must be curious on why the concert is named "Fantasy Park", in regards to that,  Sana explained that fantasy park is similar to a theme park filled with exciting rides to enjoy with friends. Similarly, she wants fans to enjoy the concert as much as they do in a theme park.

Who can resist Singapore's local cuisines especially the famous chili crab? MoMo said it with excitement she loved the chili crab and Sana added in that the steamed buns dipped in chili crab's sauce is enticing. We hope that the girls will be able to try other local cuisines too!

With a long setlist, each of them definitely has their favorite one. MoMo chose 'TT' as her favorite because they garnered attention because of the song with easy dance moves to follow. Jihyo instead chose 'What Is Love' as it relates to our daily life. They revealed that during the filming of 'What Is Love', it seems that the members had a memorable episode. They got to cross-dressed which they finds it really intriguing! 

Skin-care routine is essential for every idol especially when they have to put thick makeup for long hours.

Dahyun recommends mask packs and aloe vera cream to protect her skin from drying. On the other hand, MoMo brings snacks instead to keep herself awake whereas Jeongyeon will bring headset to smooth her ears.
